URGENT CALL IN SUPPORT OF ZAKHAROV’S FAMILY

(424x384, 23Kb)Dear readers, supporters, friends and all those who care about the fate of our compatriots abroad,

Masha Zakharova – the most famous victim of nazy “Juvenile Justice” in France.

At this moment her mother – a journalist, human rights activist, and actress Natalia Zakharova, despite the big risk of getting arrested, is in Paris. She seeks for the French authorities to help with the reunion with Masha, having her parental rights restored in October last year, in the Presnya court of Moscow.

During 12 years Masha Zakharova forced to live out of her civilized and enlightened home. Instead, she has to live in France, which is full of mortal dangers to the lives of orphans that are unable to get a brief word from relatives.

With an incredible, inhuman cruelty and quite unjustly, Maria is banned from all contacts and even telephone conversations, including the most important thing for the heart of any child, her own mother.

During these years, Masha has repeatedly been subjected to violence and abuse, as recorded in many legal documents. She lacks not only the right to speak in Russian, to profess the Orthodox faith, the right to maternal affection and love, but also the legitimate right to communicate with her own Russian family.

As for the mother, Natalia V. Zakharova, her whole life, from the moment of separation from the one and only beloved daughter, turned into a nightmare of torture and continuous, it has been a long 12 years.

Despite repeated appeals of Zakharov’s Family to the presidents of both countries, despite the best efforts: of the Church, of the public in Russia and France, of the international human rights organizations, the media, journalists and officials – a mother and daughter are not allowed to meet or even see at this Holiday Season and Christmas.

A courageous mother, in spite of everything, continues to fight for her only child. She did not lose hope for victory. God and the truth – on her side, and nobody in this world have right to separate a mother and her own child.

There will be a court in late January. We ask everyone who care about their families and Natalya, to support her, and take active part in this historic process of the century fascism XX – XXI century.

At the moment, Natasha, cannot leave France and court costs, she urgently and badly needs our financial support. Please send money through Western Union or Money Gram:

TO: NATALIA ZAKHAROVA, PARIS, FRANCE.

And then you have to send NUMBER OF ITEMS, amount and the name of your country by SMS:

If there are any problems with this number, please feel free to send SMS on those at the top of this text telephones in Ekaterinburg or Washington, DC. We will transfer all the information to Natalia.

Any amount of your help will be greatly appreciated.

To be apart during this time or anytime.

11. 24. 2010

Dear Mr. President of France,

My name is Mary, I live in Elkridge Maryland with my mother and father who love me very much.

I've heard about the separation of Marie and Natalie Zakharova in 1997, and I am really shocked by all details of this case.

Please allow Marie spend the holidays with her mother! This is a time of year where we appreciate and spend time with our families.

It wouldn't be right for a mother and her daughter to be apart during this time, or anytime.

I love my mother more than anything, she always guides me through the toughest times and she cares for me all the time. I'm sure that Marie feels the same way about her mother.

It's not right for a girl to grow up alone without the guidance of her mother. I can't imagine how it would feel like if I was taken away from my mother.

Please consider this Mr. President.

Sincerely,

Mary.

Mom and her daughter should be together!

11. 24. 2010

Dear President of France,

My name is Kristina. I live in Elkridge, Maryland. I used to live with my mom before, and I loved her a lot, but now we are living separate and sometime I miss her badly. When I heard about of the separation between Marie and Natalie Zakharava, it reminded me of how I felt.

I believe that a mother and daughter should be together, especially if they are both longing to be with each other. Thank God, Mary has this chance to be with her mother. And I think she can choose to be with her mother, it is her will and desire after all.

I am very lucky to live with my grandmother and family who do loves me, and cares about me. Who never beats me up or leave me forgotten. But even in my good position I need my mother anyways.

The saddest thing about Mary Zakharovf-Ouary’s life, is her loneliness in France and missing her own family and mom all the time. Put yourself in her position, how would you feel? Please have mercy on her.

So please, give Marie a chance to feel happy again and live with her mother, I am sure she and her mother would be very happy to finally be together.

This is in your hands now, dear Mr. Sarkozy!

Sincerely yours,

Kristina.

Let her smile again

11. 20. 2010

Dear Mr.President,

My name is Kate Gumerova and i live with my Family in Daytona Beach, Florida, USA.

I was saddened and outraged to learn of the devastating separation of a mother and daughter, Mari Zakharova-Ouary and Natalia Zakharova.

Being a mother of 13-teen and little 6 month child myself and on behalf of all mothers i plead with you to let them reunite for Christmas.

Of all the people you must understand how important it is for a girl to have a relationship with her mother, to know her heritage, to feel loved and adored.

Maria misses her mother tremendously and wishes to be with her, while Natalia spends her nights crying and days fighting for the right to be with her own daughter.

We live in a civilized world and this particular situation seems barbarian to all – the essential thing about mothers is that one needs to know that they are there, it is God intended way for a mother to raise her daughter who are we to change it?

My mother wanted me to be her wings, to fly as she never quite had the courage to do. I love her for that.

I love the fact that she wanted to give birth to her own wings. She's my teacher, my adviser, my greatest inspiration and I am sure Marie feels the same about her mother.

You have been raised by your mother, you saw her love for you, you know the importance of her role in your life – please, Mr.President, don't take that chance to be loved from Maria, she longs for her mother!

On behalf of all russian-american mothers once again i am asking you for help in reuniting them once again, in letting them smile again, in eliminating this much evil from our cruel world, in affirming us that you do  have a gracious and understanding heart like the true leader of his country should.

Sincerely,

Kate Gumerova,
